I have tested most of the reactions described in this paper using closely related, although not identical, substrates, and they generally work well. In some cases, however, it is advisable to reduce the amount of certain reagents. For example, reducing the concentration of NH₄HCO₃ to 0.2 M during the RP purification performed after pyrophosphate formation, or lowering the tetrazole loading during phosphate formation, can be beneficial.
